These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at vigorizehealth.com (the “Website”), operated by Ashley Molina, M.D., Inc., doing business as Vigorize Health (“Vigorize Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this Website is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your specific condition before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment.

Using the Website, submitting a contact form, or booking an appointment online does not create a physician–patient relationship. A physician–patient relationship is established only after an in-person or telehealth consultation and evaluation with one of our licensed providers.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the Website or our contact form for urgent medical needs.

2. Eligibility

The Website and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18.

3. Our Services and Results

We offer medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, peptide and cellular therapies, vitamin injections, body composition scanning, and aesthetic services such as neurotoxin injections, microneedling, skin tightening, acne treatment, and laser treatments. All services are subject to a medical evaluation and your provider’s professional judgment. We may decline to provide any service if it is not medically appropriate for you.

  • No guaranteed results. Individual results vary. Any testimonials, before-and-after images, or examples on the Website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of results.
  • Risks. All medical and aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects. Your provider will discuss them with you, and you will be asked to sign informed consent before treatment.
  • Medications and compounded products. Some therapies we offer may use medications prescribed off-label or compounded medications prepared by licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Statements on this Website about peptides, supplements, and similar therapies have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Availability and pricing. Services, pricing, and promotions listed on the Website may change at any time without notice and may not be available to every patient.

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Payment

  • Online booking. Online scheduling is provided through a third-party platform. A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm it.
